                              2. Prior authorization from the program administrator is required for services performed at a facility other than the selling dealer.
                              3. Carbon/ceramic brake rotors are excluded from coverage.
                              4. If current 12V auxiliary battery meets the definition of failure found in customer agreement. High-voltage electric vehicle batteries are excluded from coverage.
                              5. Additional exclusions apply. See Agreement for details.
